Occupational responsibilities centered around the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of state-of-the-art military field communication systems. Emphasis on electronics engineering, multi-tiered administration, requisitions, technical writing, troubleshooting, and testing. As a noncommissioned officer, I was responsible for the supervision of 14 junior Marines around-the-clock in both the workplace and off-duty living quarters. I was one of three Sergeants in a shop setting of approximately 40 Marines total, and reported directly to the Section Staff NCO and Section Chief. Emphasis on leadership, supervision, ethics, discipline, punctuality, and decisiveness. Commendations/ancillary duties upon request.
